The Honor Checker application (available at app.honorchecker.com) is governed by its own agreements and privacy terms.

• Information you provide. When you submit the “Get notified” or contact forms, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, institution, role, and any message. Submitting a form is voluntary.

The Site does not use advertising trackers, and it launches without third-party analytics or marketing cookies.

We use the information you submit only to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• add you to the availability-notification list and email you about Honor Checker’s availability; and

How form submissions are handled

Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Workspace–based backend (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets) and generate a notification email to our team. Google processes this data as our service provider; its handling is subject to Google’s terms.

Data retention

We retain notification-list and contact information for as long as needed to contact you about Honor Checker’s availability and to respond to your inquiry, unless you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing us at the address below. You can opt out of availability emails at any time.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for university and college faculty and administrators. It is not directed to children.
